Please also note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to Information collected:
(i) through third party services (including any third party websites) that you may access through Oppam; or
(ii) by other companies and organisations who advertise their services on Oppam.

We may from time to time revise or add specific instructions, policies and terms to this Privacy Policy. These instructions, policies and terms form part of this Privacy Policy. Where we consider that any changes to this Privacy Policy are reasonably material, we will notify you via Oppam. By continuing to use Oppam after any changes to this Privacy Policy, with or without notice from us,you are agreeing to the revised Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATIONS

Oppam application need special device level permissions to access such as:
(i)Identity, Device ID & call information : This is only to verify your device and block malpractices by device level if any. A new user will be registered with his device details.
(ii)Contacts : Oppam app need this permission in order to place a phone call from your contact list.
(iii)Location : Oppam need your current location data in order to display nearest hospitals, atm etc.
(iv)Phone : This permission is needed to make direct phone calls from application, you can directly call from application it self withouting saving the number.
(v)Storage : Oppam need to save app related images in your local storage. So a permission to read from and write to Storage is required. Oppam will not deal with any of data in your storage which is not related to Oppam.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

In providing Oppam, we collect, store and use the following Information relating to you:
information you make available to us when you install the application on first time, such as your name, telephone number.
information you make available to us via your use of Oppam – for example, via:Oppam Feedbacks.
Please note that we will always expressly ask for your consent prior to collecting any biometric information about you; information we collect as you use Oppam, such as certain Location Data and Log Data. " Location Data" is information that we collect regarding your location (when you use a location-enabled service), including: the location of your device when you use Oppam, such as from the GPS, WiFi, compass, accelerometer or other sensors in your mobile device.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use your Information for any of the following purposes:
to provide Oppam (and the features within Oppam) to you – for example, to allow you to view near by hospitals, atm etc using location service.
to provide you with advertising and direct marketing.
to better understand how you access and use Oppam.
to help us develop our new services and improve our existing services.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM US

When you use Oppam, we may use your Information to send you text messages or push notifications to your device. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can do so by opting out of notifications at the device level (if available) or contacting our Privacy desk. We may from time to time send you service-related announcements when we consider it necessary to do so (such as when we temporarily suspend Oppam for maintenance). You may not opt-out of these service-related announcements.

We may, from time to time, use firebase analytics and other tracking technologies to collect, use and store Information about you or relating to you.
